Set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance security for your Level account.

Setup/Enable 2FA

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right

  2. Select "Account"

  3. Under "Settings", find "Two-Factor Authentication"

  4. Click "Enable 2FA"

  5. A QR code will appear

In order to protect your Level accounts, 2FA should be enabled for all users. In order to set up 2FA, each user must click on their profile picture at the top right and choose "Account". Under "Settings" there is a section "Two-Factor Authentication". Click the "Enable 2FA" button and the QR code to set up the MFA account will appear.

2FA Enrollment:

  1. Scan the QR code with your preferred MFA app (e.g., Duo, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator)

  2. Enter the one-time password from the app

  3. Save the provided recovery codes in a secure location
