Introducción

The Usuarios tab lists all local user accounts on a device — pulled directly from the OS by the Level agent. Use it to spot enabled accounts, check when a user last logged in, or verify password expiry without opening a remote session.

Vering Usuarios

Open any device and click Usuarios in the left-side device navigation.

Usuarios

Each row shows one local account:

  • Usuarioname — the account name as it appears on the OS

  • Estado — Habilitard or Deshabilitard

  • Grupos — the local groups this account belongs to

  • Last login — timestamp of the most recent login for this account

  • Password changed — when the account's password was last changed

  • Password expires — when the password is scheduled to expire (-- means no expiry is set)

All columns are sortable. Use the Búsqueda field to filter by username.

Customizing Columnas

Haga clic en Columnas in the top-right corner to show or hide columns. Your selection persists across sessions.

ℹ️ NOTA: The Usuarios tab is read-only. To create, disable, or modify local user accounts, use an automation with a script action. See Automatizacións → Actions.

Preguntas frecuentes

  • Can I disable or delete a user account from this tab? The Usuarios tab is read-only. To make changes to local accounts — disabling, deleting, resetting passwords — run a script through Automatizacións → Actions or use the terminal in Manage (Background Management).

  • Why does a user show "--" for Last login or Password expires? -- means the agent couldn't retrieve that value from the OS. This is common for built-in accounts (like Administrator or Guest) that have never been logged into, or accounts where password expiry isn't configured.

  • Who can see the Usuarios tab? Any technician with access to the device's group can view the Usuarios tab. Permisos are managed at the group level — see Workspace → Permisos.
