Introducción
This integration syncs Level devices into ZestMSP and routes Level monitor alerts to Zest tickets. Setup is straightforward: generate an API key in Zest, connect it in Level, map your device groups to Zest customers, configure which monitor policies create tickets, then enable.

Generate an API Key in ZestMSP
ZestMSP generates an API key specifically for Level through its Integracións section.
1. In ZestMSP, go to Integracións.
2. Haga clic en Connect under the Level integration.
3. Copy the API Key shown. You'll enter this value in Level.

Configurar the Integración in Level
In Level, go to Configuración → Integracións.
Haga clic en el ZestMSP integration.
Paste the API key into the API Key field and click Guardar changes.
Haga clic en Test connection to confirm the key is working.
Map Level Grupos to Zest Customers
Level creates devices in Zest based on group mappings. Each Level group (or subgroup) maps to a customer in Zest.
ℹ️ NOTA: The integration is still disabled at this stage — no devices are synced yet.
Haga clic en Grupo mapping.
Haga clic en Añadir new groups and select the Level groups you want to map.
Haga clic en Añadir new groups to confirm.
For each row, choose the corresponding Zest customer.
Repeat for all rows and click Guardar.
Elegir Which Monitor Policies Crear Zest Tickets
Level can create Zest tickets when a monitor alert fires. Seleccione which monitor policies should participate.
ℹ️ NOTA: The integration is still disabled — no alerts are sent yet.
Haga clic en Ticketing.
Seleccione which monitor policies should send tickets to Zest.
Haga clic en Guardar changes at the bottom of the page.
Habilitar the Integración
Haga clic en el Deshabilitard toggle to enable the integration.
Sync begins immediately. Each mapped group transitions from Unsynced → Syncing → Synced.
To monitor sync progress or diagnose issues, open the Events tab for a real-time log of requests sent to Zest.
Preguntas frecuentes
Who can configure this integration? A Level administrator and a ZestMSP administrator with access to the Integracións section in Zest.
Do I need to map every group? Only groups that should sync devices to Zest need mappings. You can map a subset of your Level groups and leave others unmapped.
Will all devices sync immediately when I enable the integration? Sí. Enabling the toggle starts syncing all devices in mapped groups. The group mapping table shows sync status in real time.
Why isn't a device appearing in Zest? Confirm the device's group is mapped under Grupo mapping and that the integration is enabled. Then check the Events tab for failed requests.
Can I change ticketing configuration after the integration is live? Sí. Return to Ticketing, update your monitor policy selections, and save. Changes take effect immediately.
