Häufig gestellte Fragen
Can I install or uninstall an application from this tab? The Anwendungen tab is read-only. To install or remove software, use an automation with an install or uninstall action, or run a script through Manage (Background Management) → Terminal. See Automatisierungs → Actions.
Why does an application show "--" for Size or Install Datum? Some applications don't write size or install date to the OS registry or package manager. When the agent can't retrieve a value, it shows
--. This is more common on macOS and Linux than Windows. What's the difference between "System" and a username in the Benutzer column?
Systemmeans the application was installed machine-wide (available to all users). A specific username means it was installed as a per-user application and is only available under that account.Who can see the Anwendungen tab? Any technician with access to the device's group can view the Anwendungen tab. Berechtigungs are managed at the group level — see Workspace → Berechtigungs.
