Einführung
The Einstellungen tab is where you rename a device group. To get here, hover over any group in the sidebar → three-dot menu → Einstellungen.
Renaming a Gruppe
Navigate to the group's settings (Geräte → [group name] → Einstellungen).
Update the Gruppe name field.
Klicken Sie auf Speichern changes.
ℹ️ HINWEIS: You can also rename a group directly from the sidebar without opening settings. Hover over the group, click the three-dot menu, and select Rename.
Häufig gestellte Fragen
Who can rename a group? Renaming a group requires admin access or a role with group management permissions. If the Rename option isn't available, check your role in Workspace → Berechtigungs.
Does renaming a group affect automations that reference it? Nein. Automatisierungs reference the group object, not its name string. Renaming updates the display name everywhere without breaking any automation logic.
