Level is ending support for the following operating systems on May 4, 2026.
Windows
Windows 7
Windows 8 / 8.1
Windows Server 2008
Windows Server 2012 (both 2012 and 2012 R2)
macOS
macOS High Sierra (10.13)
macOS Mojave (10.14)
macOS Catalina (10.15)
What Happens After May 4, 2026
Existing agents on affected systems may stop connecting or functioning
New installations on affected systems will be blocked
Technical support will not be available for affected systems
What to Do
Upgrade affected devices to a supported OS version before the deprecation date. See Supported Platforms for the current list of supported Windows, macOS, and Linux versions.
