At Level, we’re here to help! Whether you have a quick question or need hands-on troubleshooting, there are multiple ways to get in touch with our support team.

Support Availability

  • Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

  • Average Response Time: Less than 1 hour during business hours

  • After-Hours Support: We make every effort to respond outside of business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, but responses are not guaranteed.

In-App Chat (Recommended)

For the fastest response, use the in-app chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the Level platform. Our support team is available during business hours to assist you live.

Scheduled Support Session

If you need hands-on technical assistance or troubleshooting, you can schedule a session with one of our support engineers. Please reach out to support via chat or email first, and we’ll provide you with a scheduling link.

Phone Support

You can call us at (866) 42-LEVEL for urgent matters. However, we recommend using in-app chat or email first. Please note that we cannot assist with automations, scripting, or in-depth troubleshooting over the phone.
