At Level, we aim to keep our billing process simple and transparent. Below are the most common questions about billing and payments.
How does Level billing work?
By default, Level bills in arrears for services rendered in the previous month. Your invoice is generated at the end of each billing cycle, reflecting your actual usage.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support multiple payment options:
Default Payment Methods: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Google Pay, and Link.
Bank Transfers & Direct Debits: We can also accept payments via iDEAL, ACH Direct Debit, SEPA Direct Debit, Canadian pre-authorized debits, and bank transfers. Contact [email protected] to enable these payment options on your subscription.
Can I receive invoices instead of automatic card charges?
Yes! We can switch your account to invoice mode, which generates an invoice at the end of your billing cycle. You’ll have 15 days to make a payment via your preferred method.
Note: Invoicing is only available for accounts with a monthly spend of $500 or more.
How is my bill calculated?
Level bills based on usage—you only pay for what you use. Your invoice reflects the services utilized in the previous billing period.
What happens when I cancel?
If you cancel your Level subscription, you’ll still receive one final charge at the end of the billing cycle for your usage during that last month.
