How to Cancel
Log into your Level account.
Navigate to Settings → Billing.
Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.
What Happens After Cancellation?
Final Charge: Because Level bills in arrears, you will receive one final charge at the end of your billing cycle for your last month of service.
Endpoint Deletion: If your account has endpoints when you cancel, they will be automatically deleted after 30 days.
Reinstall Required for Resubscription: If you decide to return after 30 days, you will need to reinstall the agent on your endpoints.
