How to Cancel Your Level Subscription

You can cancel Level anytime in Settings → Billing. One final charge applies for the current month of service.

We make it easy to cancel your Level subscription—no need to contact support or speak with anyone.

How to Cancel

  1. Log into your Level account.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Billing.

  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.

What Happens After Cancellation?

  • Final Charge: Because Level bills in arrears, you will receive one final charge at the end of your billing cycle for your last month of service.

  • Endpoint Deletion: If your account has endpoints when you cancel, they will be automatically deleted after 30 days.

  • Reinstall Required for Resubscription: If you decide to return after 30 days, you will need to reinstall the agent on your endpoints.
