Level allows you to personalize the end-user experience by adding your company logo to system notifications. This helps reinforce trust and provides a seamless branded experience for your users.

How to Upload Your Logo

  1. Navigate to Settings → Organization in Level.

  2. Under the Logo section, upload your Primary (Light Mode) and Dark Mode logos.

  3. After uploading, you’ll see a preview of how your logo will appear in end-user notifications on Windows and macOS, in both light and dark modes.

What Size Logo Should I Upload?

Our system automatically scales your logo to fit different notification areas. For best quality across all use cases, we recommend:

  • Image width: ~500px

  • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, or GIF

Where Will My Logo Be Displayed?

Your logo will appear in the following areas:

  • Remote Control Notifications – When a technician requests access to an end-user's device.

  • User Approval Automation Actions – When automations require user approval before execution.

  • Notify User Automation Actions – When automated notifications are sent to users.
