If you are remote controlling a device on Level and then using RDP to access another computer, you may encounter issues with keyboard input, including special characters. To resolve this, ensure that your RDP settings are configured correctly:
Open Remote Desktop Connection.
Navigate to the Local Resources tab.
Under Keyboard, set Apply Windows key combinations to Only when using the full screen.
This setting ensures that key combinations like ALT + TAB
and special characters function correctly within the RDP session when accessed through a Level remote control session.
