IP allowlists provide an extra layer of security for your Level account by permitting access only from trusted IP addresses. This feature allows you to restrict login and endpoint management to specific locations such as your VPN, office, or individual IP addresses.
To configure IP restrictions:
Navigate to Settings -> Security
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the IP allowlist section
Add trusted IP addresses (ensure you include your current IP)
Optionally, add descriptions for each IP as a reminder of its purpose
Enable the IP allowlist to start enforcing restrictions
Once enabled, only connections from the specified IP addresses will be allowed to access your Level account. This measure significantly enhances your account's security by preventing unauthorized access from unknown locations.
Remember to keep your IP allowlist updated as your network infrastructure changes to maintain consistent access to your Level account.
