Why was my account suspended?

Level takes precautionary steps to reduce the risk of your account being hacked or used for nefarious purposes. If we notice suspicious activity, we’ll suspend the account. Please review our Use Policy for details on our code of conduct and restricted uses.

How do I know if my account was suspended?

An email notification will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Your experience

When you attempt to log in to Level you will see a message warning that your email account is invalid.

What do computers with Level agents see?

There is no indication on devices with Level agents that the account has been suspended.

What can I do if my account is suspended?

Email our team at [email protected] and we'll review your account. As a part of this review, we may want to schedule a web meeting so that our team can analyze the indicators and better understand how you use Level.

If we don't hear back from you within 45 days, then the account will be permanently deleted. As a part of this action, Level agents will be uninstalled from all devices on the account.
