Reporting Introduction
Reporting gives you a live dashboard of what's happening across all your managed devices — device counts and status, security scores, patch coverage, alert trends, automation activity, and technician hours. Three tabs cover different angles: General for estate health, Security for posture and patching, and Insights for automation and tech activity.
Scope the entire dashboard to a device group using the left panel, or export the current view as a PDF to share with stakeholders.
Filtering by Device Group
The left panel lists all your device groups. Selecting a group scopes the entire dashboard — all three tabs — to devices in that group only. Select All devices at the top to return to the unfiltered view.
ℹ️ NOTE: Group selection persists when you switch between tabs.
Drilling Into the Data
Most numbers, charts, and table rows in the dashboard are clickable. Clicking a value opens the Device Listing filtered to exactly the devices behind that number.
For example: click the Out-of-date count in the Security tab and you'll land on a filtered device listing showing only those out-of-date devices. Click a tag row in the Tag usage table and you'll see every device carrying that tag.
💡 TIP: This is the fastest way to go from a trend you've spotted in reports to taking action on the specific devices involved.
Exporting a Report
Click Export report in the top-right corner to generate a PDF of the current view. The export reflects your active tab, group scope, and date range.
General Report
The General tab covers your overall device estate: how many devices you have, what they're running, how many are online, and how your alert workload looks.
Dispositivos
Total devices — total count, broken down into Workstations and Servers
Platform distribution — Windows, macOS, and Linux share
OS distribution — the most common operating systems across your devices
Flagged — devices currently flagged for attention
Maintenance — devices currently in maintenance mode
Online devices — real-time online/offline split
System and Tag Distribution
System distribution — groups devices by model and manufacturer; sortable by count
Tag usage — your most-used tags and how many devices carry each one
Alertas
Alert frequency — a histogram of how often alerts have fired over the selected time period
Resolved alerts — count and breakdown of automated vs. manual resolutions
Total alerts / Active alerts — current totals
Avg. resolution time — mean time from alert open to close
Alerts auto-resolved — how many were closed automatically by the monitor's auto-resolve
Security Report
The Security tab covers device security posture: security scores, patch status, and antivirus and firewall coverage.
Security Score
Security Score average — the mean score across all devices in scope (0–100), with a risk badge
Security Score severity — how many devices fall into each risk tier: Very high risk, High risk, Moderate risk, Low risk
Clicking a severity tier takes you to the device listing filtered to those devices.
Update Summary
Current — devices with no pending updates
Out-of-date — devices with pending updates; click to see which devices
Antivirus and Firewall
Antivirus providers — which AV engines are detected and on how many devices
Antivirus health — enabled vs. disabled/not found counts
Firewall providers — which firewall solutions are active (Windows Firewall, Windows Server Firewall, ufw, etc.)
Firewall health — enabled vs. disabled/not found counts
Patching
Recent updates — a timeline of update installs; filter to 12 months, 30 days, 7 days, or 24 hours using the controls above the chart
Update success rate (last 30 days) — percentage of update install attempts that succeeded
Out-of-date updates — current count of pending updates across all devices in scope
Avg. per device — average pending updates per device
Recent updates total (last 30 days) — total installs attempted
Insights Report
The Insights tab covers automation activity and technician service time over a selected date range.
Setting the Date Range
The Insights tab includes a date range picker in the top-right corner. Use the preset options (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days, Last 6 months) or set a custom range by clicking dates on the calendar and clicking Apply.
All Insights metrics reflect the selected range.
Automatización
Automation runs — total automation executions in the selected period
Avg. automations run per day — daily average over the range
Devices ran through — how many distinct devices had at least one automation run
Alerts auto-resolved — alerts closed automatically by a remediation automation
Avg. alert resolution time — mean time from alert open to close within the period
The Activity overview panel on the right ranks your most-run automations by execution count. Switch between the Automatización and Triggers tabs to see breakdowns by automation name or by trigger type.
The Automation runs chart below visualizes daily run volume across the date range.
Tech Activity
Most active techs table — shows each technician's total service hours, split between remote control (RC) and background management (BM), plus their average alert resolution time
Instances of service — total remote control and background management sessions, with a donut chart showing the split between the two
Preguntas frecuentes
Can I scope the report to a specific device group? Yes. Select any group from the left panel to scope all three tabs to devices in that group. Select All devices at the top to go back to the full view.
What time period do the General and Security tabs cover? The General and Security tabs show current state and recent history using fixed windows (the alert frequency histogram uses a rolling period visible in the chart). The Insights tab is the one with a configurable date range picker.
Can I export the report? Yes. Click Export report in the top-right corner to download a PDF of the current view. The export reflects your active tab, group scope, and any active date range.
What's the difference between "Alerts auto-resolved" on the General tab and on the Insights tab? The General tab shows the current rolling count of auto-resolved alerts. The Insights tab shows the count within your selected date range. They'll differ if your date range doesn't cover the same window the General tab uses.
Who can access Reporting? Any technician with access to the organization can view Reporting. The data is scoped to the device groups the signed-in technician has permissions for, so technicians with limited access will see a subset of the full dashboard.
