Submit a Feature Request

Actualizado hoy

Introducción

Feature requests go directly into Level's product feedback portal at feedback.level.io. You can submit new requests, browse what others have already asked for, and upvote the ideas most relevant to your work.

Submitting a New Request

  1. Search existing posts before submitting. If your request already exists, upvoting it is more effective than creating a duplicate.

  2. f no matching request exists, click Create New Post and describe your request clearly — what you want to do, why it matters, and what problem it solves.

  3. Submit the post. The product team reviews new submissions and updates their status as they're evaluated.

💡 TIP: Requests with specific use cases and clear problem statements get more traction than vague asks. Describe what you're trying to accomplish, not just the feature you want.

Voting on Existing Requests

Upvotes signal priority. If something has already been requested, voting on it is the most direct way to influence the roadmap.

  • Browse by category or search by keyword at feedback.level.io.

  • Click the upvote button on any request to add your vote.

  • Follow a request to get notified when its status changes.

Preguntas frecuentes

  • My feature request got no votes — does the team still see it? Yes. The product team reviews all submissions regardless of vote count. But requests with votes and clear descriptions get prioritized faster. Share your request with colleagues to build visibility.

  • How long does it take for a request to appear on the roadmap? There's no set timeline. The team evaluates requests as part of planning cycles. Check the Product Roadmap to see if your request has moved into Planned or In Progress.

  • Can I submit a request on behalf of a client who doesn't have a Level account? Yes. You can submit requests from your own account and describe the use case regardless of who originated the need.

  • What if I want to report a bug rather than request a feature? Use the support channels instead — in-app chat or [email protected]. The feedback portal is for feature requests and improvements, not bug reports. See How to Contact Level Support.
