This integration syncs Level devices into Hudu as assets, keeping your IT documentation current without manual updates. Setup involves generating an API key in Hudu, connecting it in Level, and mapping your device groups to Hudu companies.

Generate API Key in Hudu
1. Go to Admin and click on "API Keys":
2. Klicken Sie auf on "New API Key":
3. Give the API Key a name, and click "Erstellen New Key":
4. Take note of the API Key shown. This will be used as the "API Key" when configuring Level:
Konfigurieren integration in Level
1. Go to Einstellungen > Integrationen:
2. Klicken Sie auf on Hudu integration:
3. Complete the two configuration fields and click "Speichern changes":
Hudu URL
The URL you use to access your Hudu instance. This URL can point to an on-premises or cloud location and should include the appropriate protocol. For example: https://level.huducloud.com.
API Key
The API Key that we created in the previous steps.
4. Press "Test connection" to make sure your settings are working:
Map Level groups to Hudu companies
Level will create assets in Hudu based on your group mappings. You can choose any group or subgroup in Level and match it with a company from Hudu.
1. Go to "Gruppe mapping":
2. Klicken Sie auf "Hinzufügen new groups" to select the Level groups to map to Hudu companies:
3. Wählen one or more groups and click "Hinzufügen new groups":
4. Wählen a Hudu company for the first mapping:
5. Repeat for every row and click "Speichern" when finished:
ℹ️ HINWEIS: The integration is still disabled at this stage — no devices are synced yet.
Start sending devices and alerts
1. Klicken Sie auf die "Deaktivierend" toggle:
2. This will immediately begin sending devices. You can see the group mappings change from "Unsynced" to "Syncing" and eventually to "Synced":
3. If you want to follow the progress, or troubleshoot an issue, navigate to the "Events" tab to see a real-time list of requests being sent to Hudu:
Häufig gestellte Fragen
Who can configure this integration? A Level administrator and a Hudu administrator. Both sides require admin-level access.
Does Hudu alert ticketing work like the PSA integrations? The original Hudu integration focuses on asset sync. Unlike HaloPSA or ConnectWise PSA, there's no built-in ticketing/alert routing section in the Hudu integration settings. Warnungen from Level don't automatically create Hudu tickets through this integration.
Will all devices sync immediately when I enable the integration? Ja. Enabling the toggle starts syncing all devices in mapped groups. The group mapping table shows sync status in real time.
Why isn't a device appearing in Hudu? Confirm the device's group is mapped under Gruppe mapping and that the integration is enabled. Then check the Events tab for failed requests.
Can I add more group mappings after enabling the integration? Ja. Return to Gruppe mapping, add the new groups, save, and they'll sync automatically.
